I get wanting to establish a rhythm, but it's kind of pointless if everyone is going at 70% speed or lower.

Is Cam Payne even on the bench? I just tried to figure it out but I don't see him anywhere.

Edit: He might be in the corner at the end of the bench..

He's hardly 3rd Center quality at this point. Better to go with someone who has upside like Jock (in theory).
Jock is at rock bottom so there’s literally nothing but upside

Craig: 15 pts, 10 boards, 3 assists
Biyombo: 10 pts, 4 blocks
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

Lakers/Clippers tomorrow is massive towards deciding who we play round 1

Ayton - 19 points, 11 rebounds, 6/9 FG, 7/7 FT in 25 minutes.

Who gives a fuck how he did it as long as he got it done?
Sorry for criticizing a player on a message board. I hope I didn’t ruin your night by having the audacity.
It's every game... and he didn't "get it done" on that play.
Yeah, he is frustrating and you can say all you want but 19 and 11 in 25 minutes? It's starting to get ridiculous.

Edit: 7 FTs? 67% FG? Come on.

Suns look great. Everyone's touching the ball, scoring, CP's hitting 3s, KD and Book are ungaurdable and DA is getting good looks at the rim. I like that we've been pushing the pace and doing it almost completely without CP handling the ball. It's either Book pushing it up or we're advancing it quickly in transition. The Spurs are doing a good job of running us around on defense, especially CP, but just can't keep up with our scoring right now.
Weird that Payne didn't see any minutes tonight.

Fun to hear Al again
Yeah, really enjoyed the 2nd quarter. Lots of memories came flooding back. Al is still very sharp at 89-years-old!

Al was pretty good except for the part where he confused Keita Bates-Diop with Boris Diaw.
Yeah, heard that one. We can give him one slip up at his age I think.

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Now it's pretty clear why Cam Payne didn't play. There probably won't be another chance to experiment without consequence this season.

He's almost 90. I'll be lucky if I'm ambulatory at that age.
I remember Chick Hearn (Lakers' broadcaster for decades) calling Orlando Woolridge "Worthy" numerous times ...

Al is iconic. He's set an untouchable professional standard in this market.

Am I the only one who holds his breath every time KD drives to the basket? I hate seeing him take contact or fall awkwardly. I just want everybody 100% healthy so we can make a deep playoff run.

Ya I’ve noticed myself getting worried…he’s so long I think the way his body moves makes me more nervous than most players that he’s gonna break

Yeah, I'm exactly the same. Strangely it's when he goes up for blocks that it bothers me the most.
