Ross is back in. Going for the record
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

Mike Malone lost his voice, so he's clearly he's outcoaching Monty.
After what Ty Lue was able to get out of his team missing Kawhi and PG-13, I think it's fair to raise an eyebrow at Monty's coaching ability with back to back years of non-competitive elimination games on the Suns homecourt.

Monty is not the problem, he deserves one more year.

…unless spurs don’t get wemby and popovich wants to move on
His rotations, strategy, love affair with Shamet have all been unexplainable. Getting blown out at home 2 years in a row will be the nail in the coffin

Suns need a Bruce Brown type in the off-season. Among other things but that gritty defender who can also randomly give you timely shooting.

Monty’s solution for an elimination game: start Shamet!
I'm not really sure what he thought that was going to accomplish. I don't like exchanging Okogie's hustle and rebounding for a "small."

I was shocked that Denver got him for so little. I loved that pickup and it is proving as good as I thought it would be, even better actually. I would love Brown on the Suns.

I don't think it's all Monty's fault, but since the Pelicans series we watched the other team adapt to our gameplan and lose.
If the Clippers had Kawhi and PG we would have lost.

Well, all. It was an interesting year. It's been fun hanging with you all. Let's see what direction Ishbia goes next year.

I’m not apart of the fire Monty crowd at all, but getting blown out on your home floor 2 years in a row is not a good look. Jeez.

Just another example of why Monty won't make it through the summer.

I was thinking someone similar but I think he's close to KD so maybe we can get the original.

I mean they got a superstar performance from Cam Payne. That only gets them within 30 points of Denver?!

Monty takes way to long to adjust or just doesn't at all. You can blame the suns lack of depth this year (yes it was bad) but his inability to match Dallas's adjustments last year after game 2 was pretty bad. Then the complete lack of awareness of guys getting played off the court at times is worrisome

I love that this series has devolved into commiserating on Hubie Brown's coaching experiences from 50 years ago.

Also if this isn't at least some of Monty's fault, I would ask who is in charge of Landry Shamet's minutes?

All the talk about the suns depth...The nuggets basically play 7 guys. Braun chips in as the 8th. They've done a really good job this series of winning the non Jokic mins. They fit together very well and have very timely shooting and guys that know their roles. I hope the blowout the Lakers/Ws

Jock look likes a racecar compared to the version we've seen Ayton for the better part of a year.
It's like night and day.

Ayton plays a similar role for us as Shawn Marion did. The difference is that Marion was constant energy. Ayton is the exact opposite.

This is 2 years in a row we’ve lost in embarrassing fashion.
The good vibes from the finals run are gone.
All of our guys save Book are gone.

Time for an overhaul.

Jones and Monty can go, take Ayton, Paul and Shamet with them. Gimme Bob Myers and let him clean this mess up.
Love, Hurts.
