Yet Doris persists.
What? Doris Burke is great. Really knows her stuff. I don't hate JVG but he does just kind of ramble and rant the whole game. They have plenty of other mediocre-to-bad talent over there like Mark Jackson; surprised JVG was the one to be let go.

Doris just fawns over whatever big name is on the floor. She sucks harder than vacuum store.

I really like JVG. He rambles yes but he also says critical things which most of these commentators are afraid to.

JVG over Burke every time, but I prefer humor in my commentary over anything else. I don't need someone to explain to me me how a player was successful at putting the ball in the basket.

Agreed. I don’t even mind most of his rants.

The league probably wanted him gone because he's too critical of the refs and rules.

Same. Not big on fawning either.

Yep, I enjoyed what he brought to a broadcast as well.

And yet Mark Jackson still remains.

Think Jeremy hit the nail on the head on this one. Marc Jackson never says anything negative either.

So he waited until they gave Jerami Grant a massive bag and then asked out?

Brooklyn's got some decent pieces to send back and Dame supposedly loves Mikal? Feels like Miami's been angling for him tho.

Exactly! How messed up is this?! I don't see Portland giving Grant that payday if they knew Dame was going to immediately ask for a trade.

I just don't see how the Heat have what Portland would want. They're massively fed up with Bam (who'd almost have to be included to make salaries work) over there and I guess they'd include Herro but he's pretty overrated. Maybe they just send them 4 draft picks like we sent Brooklyn for KD too. I think Brooklyn just doesn't have the goods even if you consider splitting up the twins. They could send the max amount of picks but what players?
Go Suns!
