Bol has been a mess so far. And believe you me (as Al McCoy would say), one of us will get a lot of mileage out of your second complaint.
Well if I keep seeing people calling him "Dominurkic," I will start calling him Yousuck Nurkic. :P
Ngl that’s a pretty good troll nickname.
Haha thanks, I was surprised to see very few results when I searched for it. It actually just came to me when I was trying to decipher the pronunciation guide in the Suns' game notes. Apparently every announcer says it wrong and you're supposed to emphasize the last syllable of both his first and last names...or they got it wrong? :?
Yep, I'm going with the Suns pronunciation:

Jusuf Nurkić (you-SUF nur-KITCH)

I think Jusuf is how most of us say it already. The emphasis on the second syllable is quite subtle. They're almost equal in emphasis.
Yeah, I can see it if you make it very subtle. Everyone calls him Nurk so I always think of the "k" as being attached to the "Nur."
"I'm a Deandre Ayton guy."--Al McCoy, September 21, 2022.

Someone like Allen, Gordon, Yuta, etc. will go for 20+ tonight and all of those "analysts" will treat it like a once in a month event.

Nah MFers, that's gonna happen nearly every night.

I don't understand how some people question the Suns' depth but then talk up the Celtics and how they're coming out of the east. They have one reliable NBA player on their bench and if any of their starters misses time, they're dropping fast in the standings.

Me?

It's 7:50am. I'm trying to figure out the most efficient plan to watch the second half while eating lunch.

Yea... Thought it was late there for some reason. Actually your time is perfect for catching games.

It’s frustrating when basketball analysts don’t follow the teams and don’t know what they’re talking about but say it anyway.

Talking about Chris Paul, I just watched Kenny say it’s easier to play faster when you get older.

Man, has he not watched Paul much or what?

Hilarious coming from the guy who struggles to run for the replay screen.

So that means Okogie was the 5th starter before the Beal injury

Did you see him running in the sand?! He’s got crazy legs. Wobbling in and out. Not the direction they are supposed to move.

I thought we knew that. I’ve also heard Vogel say it might be situational during the season.

He’s so bow legged it’s kind of gross.

I think we assumed it, but I don’t think it was ever stated. We tried a few different guys in that spot in preseason…and Grayson got the nod the last time the big 3 all played
