The Suns are being very aggressive with the media from what I have heard. If you listen to that sham of an interview on KTAR or even go to BrightSide where the only thing is a article with a link to the original KPHO story with no commentary. King himself has limited his comments in the comment section to one word replies. Coro won't touch it. I'm pretty sure we can all put 2 & 2 together here.

That's a really good point. If it wasn't bad, the Suns would be all over it saying how it wasn't bad. The writing on the wall. Hopefully the silence is because they are being shopped and they don't want to ruin it.

Thats not really true. The suns are probabaly just cooperating with police while they gather all the info. It might be really bad or it might not. Like Mori said, I don't understand how anyone could draw conclusions from what we know which is basically there was some sort of altercation.

There was something very similar involving the Pouncey Twins (I'm a huge Dolphins fan which has Mike Pouncey on it) that happened outiside a club and it turned out to be nothing more then basically a money grab, infact Mike had nothing to do with it at all and the Dolphins were silent on the whole thing until they gathered all the facts. So I don't like to jump to conclusions on issues like this....

I think we can both agree, as fellow Dolphins fans, that the current Suns FO and the Dolphins FO go about handling the media very differently.

I am actually concerned that there is almost zero local reporting on it, more so than if it was reported, and the Suns came out and said, we are not going to comment on active investigations, and we, along with the Morri, are cooperating fully.

First off, great to have a fellow fin fan on the board. Yes they are very secretive bout that stuff but i think the morri prob get more benefit of the doubt then the pouncys who have been involved in other dumb stuff. Off topic bit u think the release mike wallace after the crap he pulled?

I hope they can get something for him, but if not, I would cut him. He hasn't given us anything in the last 2 years except complaints.

Mori, I get what you're saying, I really do. But I feel like this situation is truly bizarre. The FO has a habit of getting out in front of stuff and commenting on the record. The vague but apparently severe nature of the transgression (Sunsoholic mused that Marcus would be certainly suspended and likely jailed) combined with the fact that some of us were already sick of the twins' antics has generated anger, which is understandable, but it's also understandable that the anger is a little discomfiting to those who don't share it.

Yea...I think people need to chill on this. I don't live in AZ, So if I didn't frequent this board I would not even know the incident existed. ESPN hasn't picked it up and they live on controversy. Roto mentioned it briefly. That tells me that its probably being overblown or what we know is only a small part of the story. The guy could of came at Marcus he could of thrown a punch and the guy could of went to the hospital. They could still say he "beat him down".

I don't believe in curses or luck or religion Informer, but I believe in karma. I joke about the Gypsy lady because it's an old Suns wise tale and kind of fun. It's the same thing as the Mogollon Monster. If you have lived in AZ for any amount of time you have probably heard of him, especially if you were in the Boy Scouts.

AZ Boy Scouts go up the the Mogollon Rim NE of Phoenix to camp in the mountains a lot of times and tell the story of the Moggollon Monster (Big Foot) around camp fires for obvious reasons. Maybe that story died out kind of like the gold up in the Superstition Mountains buried by a prospector running from the Apache Indians story.

I'd bet any amount of money if it were a hoax Babby would have immediately said "there is no truth to that rumor." Don't you think so? Instead we got, I'm not going to comment on that matter. I don't know why we aren't getting information. The simplest explanation is that the Suns are controlling what is reported. However, the longer that goes on the more I am having problems believing that's possible. So you're telling me Markieff Morris really intimidated all those people? No one is coming forward? The police couldn't find one witness? Neither could the news?

It's less common and socially unacceptable for a man to beat up a person who is biologically much weaker than they are. Dudes beating up other dudes happens all the time. This story will pick up more traction as more details are released, I'm sure, especially if the victim's injuries were significant.
