Sounds like we aren’t the ones holding up Bridges to Phoenix

What does BOC mean?
A PF that can defend and shoot is pretty generic and something every team is looking for to an extent. The Nets are supposedly looking for 1st rounders for DFS which maybe just be a negotiating tactic. Never liked him that much to begin with. Taurean Prince is someone I like but would the Lakers trade him to us?

It is generic. DFS fits, but we don’t have the assets or the contracts for him(without Grayson). Bey makes some sense, but does he defend? Bridges is the best basketball player available, but he also isn’t exactly a defender. Royce is more of a guard. Tate and KMJ kinda fit that description, but are they any good? What is Covington up to? Is there a chance Embiid is done for the year and Philly moves off players? Batum would be a godsend.ShelC wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 10:58 amWhat does BOC mean?

Covington seems washed. Batum has been good for Philly. the nice thing about Bridges that he brings is that he's extremely athletic and can rebound like a mother. God knows the Suns could use a good rebounder.Split T wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 11:05 amIt is generic. DFS fits, but we don’t have the assets or the contracts for him(without Grayson). Of things that are in their control, if they could outrebound and take care of the ball, they probably wouldn't lose.

My conspiracy brain wonders if suns are confident with the bridges situation because they have back channels with him and know he’ll veto any trade that isnt us but Hornets don’t want our turd sandwich so they are waiting to last possible moment just in case they can get something better or more from us. We’re probably low balling then hard right now.

Ah shit. I completely missed the MSU angle.

I like Claxton. He’s what we want Eubanks to be, but that’s the problem. He doesn’t really provide much Eubanks can’t.
The Suns should be thinking in terms of diversifying their lineup as many ways possible.

Really underselling how much better Claxton is than Ewwbanks.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 12:13 pmI like Claxton. He’s what we want Eubanks to be, but that’s the problem. He doesn’t really provide much Eubanks can’t.
