I think the suns plans were always to keep Ish…Portland claimed him when we waived his contract hoping to move him to a 2-way spot…none of this is surprising to me.

Ish doesn't really help us much, but I am okay with bringing him back. At this point you want anybody in the locker room who goes all-out, plays hard, practices hard, has great team energy and chemistry, great locker room guy. We don't have enough continuity or guys who actually love being here or have any history here. And Wainwright gives us some of that. Welcome back, Ish!

LOL. I can't imagine anything regarding the Suns this season other than a possible coaching change but I would think that would be unlikely at this point. Probably the Phoenix All-Star game.

Well he's not wrong... We all know how injury prone a lot of the top teams stars are and it's possible we could slide in. Denver (Murray), GS (half the roster), Clippers, and especially the Lakers all have players with histories of injuries.
