I'd expect to hear some news during the off-season, maybe before that but also definitely possible it comes after the draft, but don't count out it happening during the draft.

$5 says the Suns say absolutely nothing about Vogel today or tomorrow, and then Flex gets asked about his bullshit and replies with something vague like, "Be patient...!"

I am 100% not advocating that we should keep Vogel. However, there is something to be said for cleaning out the assistants and having a clearer hierarchy in the coaching ranks. Between Young still being around and highly talked up, and some other senior faces on the bench, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were mixed messages and too many voices adding to the disconnect.
Besides Kevin Young, all of the assistants were Vogel's IINM. So if Young were the problem, he's gone. Why get rid of the rest of the assistants? Book kept mentioning attention to detail - I don't think Vogel or his staff prepped the team as well as Monty and his staff would and Book wants that back level of detail back.
Keeping Vogel and replacing his assistants is the definition of insanity. Vogel PICKED those assistants; those are his guys. If you take away all of a coach's staff from him, why would you expect him to do better? There aren't a lot of examples of head coaches being forced to take assistants and having it work out great.

Did he pick Young and Fizdale though?
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton
How many more articles will Ishbia commission to soften the blow when they run it back and trade the remaining capital for old guys who offer nothing but MAYBE a one year fix?
