I threw that out a few days ago but don’t see it as super likely. I think if they did put him on the market, they could get more than we can offer. Also, James Jones had those “shooting” comments recently in terms of what he was looking for.

But I do think a different Thunder player is a strong possibility: Gordon Hayward (next year’s EG).

I think his market value is lower than many would expect.

The Thunder tried to keep him on the court in any way possible and he was still eventually benched. He's a RFA next summer, so how much are teams willing to give up when they know they'll have to pay to retain him?

I'm not a huge fan until he develops a shot off of the dribble, but obviously the upside is that he'll only be 22 next season.
