Here at least, it seems like twitter.com still works and x.com still doesn’t.

Dunking on Elon seems to be a hobby of some here. So I thought this should be put here.

How about in the last few years since Elon has become a right-wing nutjob? How is that ugly as hell truck selling?

I'm sure you'll let me know what missteps he's taken, as it seems you have quite the crush on him.

I am amazed at all the businesses Musk owns or has owned. Any one of them would be a huge accomplishment for any of us mortals. I have had discussions on whether it was him or his people that made it possible. It really doesn’t matter. All his stuff is super cutting edge futuristic stuff. Rockets to space. Space satellites, EV cars, Solar roofs, Solar roof batteries, brain implants, PayPal, Twitter.

I bought one of his electric cars. I like it a lot. His mini satellites are helping people. People are selling solar panels. Musk is selling solar panels built into the roof so it just looks like a roof. Cutting edge. At the same time Musk is like Trump in that he says and does whatever he wants unfiltered and that gets him into trouble. They both hold grudges and aren’t used to people telling them no.

Maga likes him because he makes EV cars and they are pro EV. Him making solar roofs is also a feather in his cap with Maga because Maga loves solar and the solar battery market. I kid. They love him because he says shit about Dems on Twitter.

I don't use Tiktok, but I read that lately a lot of conservative/GOP political content has become popular on there.

I don't use it either. I remember that the Biden campaign was paying a lot of influencers on there to do pro-Biden videos.

Jon Stewart has been so good being back on The Daily Show. I enjoyed this segment about expecting more from the media.

Democrats number one to affect an election is to silence the opposition. All of these are in the last 24 hours.

Here, Holder tells you the exact playbook that the Dems are using.

Here, they are targeting a whistleblower. Probably just "free hate speech", right?

Here, this is what they do at the State level. This is probably "free hate speech" too.

All of the above seem completely fine and appropriate to me. You're just mad because your guys are getting caught in the consequences of the crimes they have committed.

No, I've told you many times before that I don't want to see it get to the point where the other side retaliates and it escalates up. You are blind to your side doing it, but I promise you that the moment it starts happening to your side, you will be up in arms. At that point, I will have to repeat your own words back to you, in something of the way of, "It's completely fine and appropriate." "The justice system is working just as it's supposed to." "Respect the rules of law." "there are consequences for crimes they committed."

It's a sad state of affairs. For whistleblowers especially, they are attacked immediately if it's something against the establishment system. Others seem to find the grave very quickly for any number of reasons too.

If any Democrats commit crimes, I assure you I will be fine with their being investigated, prosecuted, and (if the evidence proves they did it) convicted. Note that I'm supportive of the Hunter Biden trial, of evicting Menendez, and others. I don't defend the bad guys and bad deeds that happen to be closer to my political views. Can you cite an example where a Democrat behaved criminally and I was defensive of it?

Were you supportive of Obama when he drone killed a US Citizen? How about Hillary when she had evidence destroyed? Joe, when he admitted to quid pro quo? Or him illegally having classified documents at his house for years? Or when Hillary paid for the Steele Dossier in a blatant election interference op? Or Blinken, for initiating another clear election interference op on suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story and getting 50 former intelligence officers to sign off that it was Russion disinfo? Or Sussman, who clearly broke the law and lied to the FBI? Or the FBI lawyer who altered evidence for the FISA court warrant? Or Holder and Hunter for defying subpoena? Or Clinesmith, who didn't get even a slap on the wrist?

Hunter obviously lied on his Gun application form, but I fully expect him to get acquitted, which is why(IMO) Joe Biden said he wouldn't pardon him. Have you seen the jury? It's a joke.
