My understanding is that Hunter's felony charge came from owning and carrying a firearm while having been previously caught for using illegal drugs. Which is a crime and I am fine with him facing consequences for it. I do think it's worth noting, though, that the GOP constantly fights for unrestricted ownership and usage of guns, but presumably they will be all too eager to celebrate the conviction of a Democrat for having a gun in a disallowed way.

He wasn't found guilty of rape. You shouldn't lie. I don't want you to get accused of libel or slander. He was found liable in a civil suit for sexual assault(which the civil suit is being appealed), and specifically never charged with rape.

Lol, this was a great way to attempt to prove your point. I thought that Hunter would be found 'not guilty', and I admit that my assumption was wrong. I am curious if he ever gets sentenced to prison time. Full transparency here, I don't think he should go to jail at all for this. My guess is that the judge doesn't sentence him to jail time and instead gives him community service and a fine.

I honestly think that Congress uses this to pass some type of gun laws involving drugs to restrict all access.

Does it even matter? According to the GOP, Joe Biden is already a proven convicted criminal. There was never any court anything. They just decided he was a criminal without bothering with the fake court system. Trump is a convicted criminal in the real courts and Maga doesn’t believe it.
