The latter, I suspect. We’re just making noise about Bronny at 22 to try to pressure the Lakers into taking him at 17.

It might be possible there's a 2 yr plan with Bronny and LBJ. We draft him with a later pick, Bron plays out his contract with LA for $50mil and then takes a 2yr minimum here to play with his son.

I agree if it’s at 22, but if we trade 22 for 27/38 and take Bronny at 38, I won’t even be that upset if LeBron never comes. But if we take him at 22 to wait a year for LeBron, that’s dumb.

Sounds about right. Suns get an aging superstar just as he starts falling off.

I think you're right, but how you sell it is that we don't know how many yrs and opportunities we have left. This "could" be the last year he has that chance & the last yr to win another title. A career ending incident could happen at any time.
