What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Wow. 6 threes! That is the highlight of this game. Has anybody turned their shot around this quickly? Hope he can sustain a reasonable clip into the regular season. Instantly becomes a key piece for us.

I don't think he'll play much because we now have 3 PGs all of a sudden but I like Gillespie's smarts.

He'll be our backup next year when 1 of the 2 leave the team

I rather watch full games but peeped highlights cause I'm at work and was too curious lol

Was expecting to see even more Dunn euphoria
Still like I said have to watch the full game and see how his defense and overall offense was but my fav thing about him is the mentality.
Seems like a sponge, guy that asks lots of questions and just puts in the work.

The highlights also had a fair amount of Bol Bol but didn't see many comments and I haven't looked at the box score to see if he was efficient or not.
Bol was nice too…he went 4/5 from 3

Not a lot of postgame stuff, probably because it was a preseason road game but if more is posted to social I'll add it in. And Dunn had the most highlights since the offense kind of revolved around him and he made the most of his opportunities. Really good, encouraging showing from him and a lot of people on social took notice - especially fans who wanted their team to draft him. If the offense is legit, we've got a true stud and a guy who really should be starting next to Book and KD; but that's a different convo.

Monte was solid running the team. He not a true point guard or even a great passer, but knows what to do and how to get the ball to people. Good 3pt shooter and has a solid midrange game, nothing flashy just super solid. Oso struggled in this one, especially matched up with Jokic which is to be expected. He just can't physically matchup defensively with the true centers, nor can he punish them with perimeter offense/shooting/off-the-dribble stuff. So much was made about Dunn's offense during the draft, but Oso needs a lot of work if he's going to make it. Otherwise, I'd rather see him as a defensive 4 next to a perimeter big like Frank when they're playing a big center.

I’m watching and really liking it. Fun start so far.
This game was a blast man from start to finish. So happy to see our 2nd and 3rd stringers play so well and compete. Unbelievable how far Dunn has come on his three point stroke just since summer league!

Dunn is looking like a steal so far. Jay Bilas is rough to listen to.

Did Bilas say that "Walter Davis played the bulk of his career in Denver"? Did I hear that correctly?

If Dunn turns out to be an average offensive player he'll be a steal in the second round.

I'll be happy if he's a poor man's Shawn Marion.
What about the first round where he was drafted? ;)

I saw that the starters weren’t playing and Denver was starting their regular team and that got me even more interested in the game. A chance for our bench to go against their starters in Denver and the game not matter in the standings? I call that a great teaching moment. Oso against the Joker. Not fair to Oso but, welcome to the league. Here’s what playing against a bad ass is like. You don’t think he learned anything from that experience? Of course Denver would destroy them right? Nothing to learn by playing the bench the whole game. I would argue we know what we have in the starters. It’s the rest of the team we need to sort out before the first real game.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

Crazy how the Suns all-time leading scorer could play the bulk of his career on another team. Bilas may know the college game but his NBA history has a lot to be desired.
