Lee will be on the team….

Allen is our 6th man. Gillespie will likely spend more time with the big club, but probably not get much real playing time.

You can't send a player down to the G-League if he is past his third year in the league.

Gillespie will probably be sent to the G-League, and he's probably an NBA-caliber player, so its like we'll see him at some point this year.

TyTy looks the part but hasn't really done much to stand out IMO. Not saying we should get rid of him, just that it's understandable why he's bounced around a bit.

TyTy seems okay but he feels like the kind of player that are a dime a dozen in the NBA. I think all things considered I'd rather have Damien Lee due to his shooting and history with the club.

We can have both, TyTy is on a 2-way and doesn’t need to take one of the 15 roster spots. No one else needs to be cut at all. We have 14 guaranteed contracts, 3 2-way deals, and 1 training camp deal(Frank).

The only decision left is whether Frank stays with the team beyond training camp and if he gets any kind of guaranteed money. My guess is he stays on as a non-guaranteed player and we’ll cut him if something else comes along(trade/buyout).

I think Frank stays. Bud may value his skills as a stretch big, maybe even going back to the Finals, and at the very least having him in practice can help stretch the first team defense - something Plumlee and Oso can't do.

Q: Should we add an NFL section to the site?

Right now we have Suns/NBA, General, and Politics. I know some folks talk Cards/NFL in General, but there isn't much space for it. I myself am only a casual NFL fan, and I don't know whether we have a lot of folks here who want to talk about football. Would that be a useful addition to the site, or would it fragment the posts too much? Thoughts? And/or "Like" this post to indicate "Yes."

Football doesn't get much talk in general. I think it's fine as is. What made you even wonder? Why not baseball and hockey too?

I would talk football if others did more…but I have other avenues for that as well so I’m not too concerned either way.

You know, Mori, in the interest of saving bandwidth and not overcrowding the site, maybe the question should be:

Should we ditch politics to make room for football?

Perhaps the official position could be called FOP: football over politics🥹🥹🥹

If we could just dump the politics section…. Even better. Never understood what the gain was when so many peoples feelings have been hurt over it.

I think the point was to have a separate section for politics so that people would keep it out of the Suns section. (Some people just can't stop themselves though, I guess).

That hasn't been a problem. The issue is that it causes unneeded conflict among our membership.

Duane Rankin posted that Dunn hit 10 in a row from the corner. He posted a video but it wasn't great quality. Dunn may well be on his way.
