I think it's the biggest trade since Kareem to LA?

How the hell Mavs didn't get 10 picks?

Some are calling it the Markieff Morris trade thinking he will be the stand out player when all is said and done. Poor Mavs sad sack fans. Just know it can be worse all. Did y'all know Mark Cuban was no longer the Mavs owner?
Yes, he sold majority ownership, but still owns about 25% of the team.

KD's statement at the end could be considered ironic. Does he really think it's working in Phoenix?

"This got to be the biggest trade I've seen since I've been in the league or since I've been watching the sport. This is insane. So yeah, every other team might get confidence and say fuck it, I'll trade a few of my top players if this ain't working."
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Let's just say self-awareness isn't his strong suit.

Trade Nurk and a 1st for Reeves. Trade Grayson for as many picks as possible.
I was just gonna say, Nurk for Hachimura straight up as the Lakers’ center rotation is now thinner than LeBron’s hairline.
This has also crossed my mind. If somehow the Lakers don't demand a pick, do it right away.

Your boy DC Coldest is hyping up that Suns are on the verge of trading KD.
I hope they do after tonight. The KD experiment has failed.
I'm also ok with this. Just dreading what we'd get back if we traded Durant. And the real issue is still having Bradley Beal overlapping with Booker while he makes top5 money for the next two seasons.

Ok. I’ll take Nurk for Wemby, KD for Jokic, and Beal for Shai.

Oh, and a medium Coke.

Shaq to LA was not a trade. They actually signed him outright as a free agent.

So they trade for Anthony “Street Clothes” Davis????
Right, even if they had reasons to move on from Doncic, you would think they would at least want to get something in return…other than an aging, broken down star. And one first rounder???

Is that pick even unprotected? Not that it matters or anything…

Fighting the urge to indulge in a bit of shadenfreude and go to some Mavs board to see how they melt down.

Poor guys. Their names are going to be forever associated with this idiocy. Even if you want to but their reasoning (defense, size, conditioning, etc.), how can they come to the conclusion that Anthony Davis is the answer? Doncic is 25yo and you just reached the finals last year. It's like the Suns losing to MIL and thinking 'I need to trade Booker for OG Anunoby'. And you send the perennial MVP candidate to the Lakers, no less. Truly insane.

Man the Mavs they did not get Reaves, Knetch or the other picks LAL was able to trade or swap. From a value standpoint this is the score of the century.
