You mean they had extra first round picks that Dallas didn’t even demand?

Wish rhe suns could’ve pulled off what the lakers did…aging team with limited assets landed a 25 year old mega star and a 7’0 23 year old hyper athletic big to pair with him…must be nice.

Is Mark Williams good? I don't know much about him. Seems like based on the reaction here folks think he's good.

He’s very good but quite injury prone. He will be a great lob threat for LeBron and luka, assuming he can stay on the court.

There's absolutely no reason to continue to bring Beal off the bench.

Tyus fucking sucks. End the experiment. Just go Book Beal Dunn KD Richards.
Yep, it's the only way to go.

Somehow has a higher standing reach than Wemby…he’s 7’2, 7’7 wingspan. Big time athlete. Defense a bit raw right now. He’ll be better, but think Javale McGee in size and athleticism.

I hate to say it, but I'm starting to wonder if the Lakers are in better shape than us going forward🤯🫠

Yeah I think Williams is great for the Lakers, but he’s no Shaq. It’s a good trade but they also paid a solid if not slightly above market value price for it. This is more than fair. Some of my friends are going bonkers and saying the league is helping the lakers after this trade and that reaction puzzles me.

This trade seemed fair. The Doncic one, not so much.

Even an overpay to some extent. But if healthy Williams is a monster fit next to Doncic and LeBron, and just 23yo.

Thoughts?

I think it's something like this or the NBA needed a strong team in LA to get the ratings up and the Mavs will get the number one pick in the draft in the next couple of years as a payment.

I'm so sick of this shit, the f.cking Lakers and Spurs will own us for the next decade with Luka and Wemby in charge. I'm not sure that I can endure this mockery as a Suns fan anymore. It's like 2000's all over again, this time no Kobe or Duncan, but I guess it is actually worse somehow. Because we actually could have Luka instead.

That's the kinda shit that pisses me off. We had a lot of teams that the players got along, but they did care if we're winning or losing.

This is why he’s not a leader…. Great stat filler, horrible to build a team around and culture killer.
