To some extent I think it does when he doesn’t do it responsibly and puts us in such a predicament that we can’t execute a trade when we need to. Money backed us into a corner if anything.

Ok, I get that…but it’s not really about the money. No one would have a problem if the the team was winning…I also don’t recall seeing very many people against the moves we made. They all seemed to make a lot of sense at the time.

Only watched the 1st half, saw updates about the start of the 2nd half on social so knew where this was headed. I thought we played well enough in the first half offensively but had a feeling it wouldn't last. We shot really well and were only up 3 going into halftime but that's what it takes to even stay close. We know we can't shoot like that all game and don't have the defensive players to slow anyone down.

OKC showed us what great defense looks like in the 2nd half. Just totally shut us down. They're energy was at least twice what ours was. They were all over the court.

OKC showed us what great offense AND defense looks like. They showed the Suns that they aren't even in the same ballpark. This is a wasted year. This combination didn't work. Going to be tough to recover from and will take quite a bit of time. We're just playing it out at this point. Sure, maybe we'll go on a little run however unlikely that seems at the moment. Or maybe we'll just peter out the rest of the way. But we can already see the final outcome on the wall. Either don't make the playoffs or barely make it and lose in the first round to the likes of OKC.

Pretty sad. Ishbia is learning the hard way. I hope he can recover from this mess in less than 5 years. I'm sure he wishes he had a do over with what he started with. I'm sure Sarver is laughing all the way to the bank.

Agreed. I don't think he's actually understanding what happened. The Thunder picked up their level of intesity, and the Suns weren't equipped to match it or handle it. This isn't going to be changed by doing things like they did in the first half of the game. They tried to do the same things they did in the first half of the game, but were taken completely out of the game by what OKC did.
