1976-77 was disappointing (missing the playoffs after going to the Finals); 1986-87 was bad (cosating MacLeod his job), but no one expected them to be good; 1999-00 and 2000-01 were pretty underwhelming with Backcourt 2000 (but they still won over 50 both years) but were followed by a terrible 2001-02 (which cost Skiles his job); I can't address 1972-73 except to say they had played well the previous years and hired Butch van Breda Kolff as coach and promptly fired him after seven games but they had also traded their leader, Paul Silas, and Connie Hawkins was starting to show some age, so I'm not sure what you could have expected from them.
Taking into account the highest salary in the league and "three stars," my short answer is "Yes, this is the most disappointing team in Suns' history."

I don't know if it is the most disappointing season in franchise history; but this is one of the most depressing future outlooks we have had in quite a while. It's one thing to be bad, it's another to be bad and have no draft picks and little you can do about it. The more I look at the situation the more I feel like we need to just evacuate every player who can bring us back a draft pick of any kind: KD, Booker, Grayson, Royce, Richards, ANYBODY who will net us a draft pick, byebye.

I guess it only works for you. Or did you color it? Even went away in my quote.

Does he even deserve it?

I think he probably does. We get to see his warts every night, but he is an efficient, high-level scorer who does put the defensive effort in as well. At forward he's certainly behind Giannis and Tatum, but he's in the next group with James, Sabonis and Mobley.

I think he definitely deserves it…potentially 2nd team, but definitely 3rd team

1st Team:
SGA/Jokic/Giannis/Tatum/Ant
2nd Team:
Mitchell/LeBron/Mobley/Curry/Towns
3rd Team:
Durant/Haliburton/Cade/Sabonis/JJJ
I’m sure I forgot someone

Sengun and Brunson will both be All-NBA players.

Sengun is a good one. He probably takes Sabonis or JJJ’s spot. Brunson has to get back and play enough games 1st, but I still think he’d take Haliburton or one of the bigs spot before KD.
