Coaching here? You get a 3+ year deal, only have to work 1 year of it, get fired, and get paid all the rest to do nothing. What's not to like?

Yeah, he also coached South Sudan in the Olympics and they played their asses off. Former player, young, from a solid structure, checks a lot of boxes for me.
