Every pass the Suns make is an adventure this year.

I really liked Henry Cavill and Amy Adams. How they handled Jonathan Kent was atrocious. Their presentation/interpretation of Krypton was ridiculous. Really every decision they made regarding Superman's Kryptonian heritage was awful.

Say what you want about Snyder but his visuals are probably the best in the business. That Batman and Superman fight is going to be insane.
Don't even get me started on that. We haven't even established Clark Kent as a character and we're already using the movie to introduce the whole freaking DC Comics lineup? DC needs to get over their Marvel-envy and just concentrate on making a good movie.

I enjoyed it on both ends. I'm also not one of those people that over critique everything comic book related so...
Love, Hurts.

And they wrote themselves into a corner where Superman has to kill in the end - which makes me think they really don't have a good grasp of what makes Superman popular.

Funny thing is, I didn't have a problem with it. Most of the negativity that I heard stemmed from that and from all the destruction his fight with Zod caused. And none of that really bothered me.

I didn't think the movie was bad - I just didn't think it worked as a Superman movie.

That's four Superman movies in a row that weren't really good, so I'm not expecting much in the new one.

I skipped Superman Returns. It looked really bad. I've caught a view moments here and there as it has come on TV, but I haven't seen anything that's made me regret my original decision. Brandon Routh has been really good on Arrow though.

Well, I grew up reading Avengers, Iron Man and Captain America comics so I'm pleaded. Now if Sony could just get Spider-Man right.....

Spiderman 2 wasn't half bad, imo.

Sony released control of Spidey back to Marvel for a profit share. He will probably show up as soon as Civil War (Cap 3.)
Go Suns!

Yes, let's hope Sony has the good sense to take Marvel's advice.

If we can get Fox to do the same with the Fantastic Four I'd be happy.

Eh. Spider-Man 2 was basically Superman 2.

Do you mean Amazing Spider-Man 2? Wait... you guys liked that one but hated Man of Steel? Weird. TAS2 was pretty terrible. It was like 2 totally different movies in one. Itsy bitsy spider? Bleh. I did like Garfield though. And of course Emma Stone is amazing in all things.
Go Suns!
