What do we do after a Beal Buyout?

Combine 2 or more players in a trade for a new starter.

Acquire a new starter via S&T.

It was real dumb. I think Stein reported that the buyout timing was due to the payout but Gambo argued the payout was scheduled for July 1st?

I’ll be honest, I think Beal will play better on the Clippers than he did here, injuries notwithstanding. He’s being asked to just be a scorer off the bench under Lue’s tutelage rather than the smallest part of a big 3 with championship aspirations where he’s most expected to sacrifice while playing for Vogel and Bud.
