Before Booker's extension, he was earning 35% of the cap. After the extension and in 2029, Booker will be making... 35% of the cap. You all need to stop looking at raw dollars.

It's actually a little more complicated given that the veteran max is set at 35% in the first year with 8% raises thereafter. An 8% raise could potentially outpace the yearly increase in the salary cap, so there is a possibility that he earns slightly more than 35% in later years.
yes. Cap increases are "capped" at 10% annually, so they could outpace veteran max 8% raises. However, reports I've read predict the cap will not keep pace with raises.
