Even down and with some frustrating turnovers, this team is so much more fun to watch than last year's. And this year's team would absolutely crush last year's team in a hypothetical matchup

Nice little run here by the Suns to close it to 88-76.

Book has 30 already, but he just doesn't have the help. The next leading scorer is Mark Williams with 10, and then it's guys like Gillespie and Royce with 8.

Goodwin is a menace on D - love it!

Letting this one slip away from us. Too many mistakes in a row. Warriors have it back to 107-88 lead. I would sit Book at this point and let the youngs get some minutes.

Man Gillespie had a shot to get it back to 4 or 5. I turned away for a minute and we were down 19

Love the fight in this team

Not watching because apathy, looks like the Dubs bench is absolutely crushing the Suns bench.
Re: Game Day: Suns (3-4) @ Warriors (4-3), Tues 11/4/25
The team being -19 in only 9 non-Booker minutes was a problem. Maybe Green helps with that a little bit, if they stagger minutes smartly, and if he ever actually plays a game for the Suns.
The other thing that seems to be absolutely killing the squad is any minutes with Oso as the only big on the floor. That needs to stop happening, it's been a disaster even against a relatively small team like the Warriors.

Could tell early on we were going to struggle in this one. Ws had more bounce, were really flying around defensively and our 3s weren't falling. They made it a point to send defenders at Book, who had 5 TOs, and were OK with his midrange shots, while letting everyone else beat them which they couldn't. Of course Quinten Post has to hit a bunch of 3s on us. Moody killed us off the bench. And while they were hitting 3s, all we could do was answer with 2s.
Glad we fought back and cut into the lead but this is what I call a "hump game" - just can't get over the hump. Cut the lead to 9, they push it back up to 19. Cut it down to 8, they push it back to 20. I don't think the Ws are contenders like other people think, but they're a veteran team and better than us right now. That's just what it is.
So this is the kind of game where, when the 3s aren't falling, you hope a guy like Green can get going and attack or at least be a threat to help get other guys better looks. And maybe a guy like Brooks can hold it down defensively so we aren't giving wide open 3s.

GSW has the more experienced staff and roster. Professional win by them.
Don't let today's defeat be the enemy of tomorrow's progress.
Dillon Brooks needs to calm down even when in street clothes. His technical foul is unacceptable and he needs to stay in his lane.

Just happy not seeing the slim reaper half assing passes at midcourt anymore alone is the best part of this season.

It's a lot harder to win when you don't shoot 60%.

Warriors are a much more experienced team than us, with way better shooting and practice playing a 3-point bombing style, playing at home, and we're missing two starters. Pretty understandable loss. I do wish we had played better defense closing out on 3-point shooters; they got a ton of open looks and shot 19/42 (45%) from 3 which is disappointing to me. Curry had 28 but Moody was the other guy who killed us with 24 points and 5-8 from 3. Seemed like we kept losing Moody and letting him get great looks, which is unacceptable considering what a shooter he is.
Dillon Brooks getting a T in street clothes is just downright clown behavior. I fuckin hate this guy already. Game was already out of reach, but you just can't be doing stupid stuff like that.
There were some bright spots. Book had over 30 points again and continues to be having a very strong start to the season. Mark Williams was a beast with 16 points and 16 boards; love this guy so far. Gillespie had 8/5/4 and is all over the place doing good stuff; so glad we kept him, love him. And Grayson Allen had 16 points and hit 4-9 from 3, pleased with his season so far. Glad we fought back to make it close in the 2nd half. But you can't give this Warriors team this many easy 3s and open looks, they'll kill you.

I'm not a fan of Brooks' "Hollywood" looks on the bench with the shades and grills but maybe that's just stodgy old me.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.
