Hope 230 is not repealed. It seems like a knee-jerk, broad-based reaction to issues that need detailed study.

Now that folks have had plenty of time to read this thread, after this weekend, I'll move it to the General section, since it is not really NBA-related. Just FYI. If anything happens with this, I'll make sure to post an update so folks will know.
