Game Day: Suns (25-17) @ Nets (12-28), Mon 1/19/25

Tho it’s a little annoying that everything is breaking news these days. Whatever happened to just regular news?

And I feel like Mark is starting to assert himself more these past few games. Wonder how much it’ll cost to keep him.

That block should've come with the finger wag!

Best seats I've ever had, man. My sons were on either side. We were three rows behind the Suns bench. Two if you count the coaches behind the players.bajanguy008 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 19, 2026 6:43 pmSuperbone wrote: ↑Sun Jan 18, 2026 10:00 pmTime: 5:30 pm AZ (4:30 pm PT/7:30 pm ET)

Suns are waiting in Brooklyn for the Nets to get back in town after losing to the Bulls Sunday night in Chicago. The following players are questionable for the Suns: Devin Booker, Jamaree Bouyea, and.........Jalen Green. Yes, Jalen Green has been upgraded to questionable. His return is imminent. I will be in attendance in the lower bowl sporting my Devin Booker away jersey.
Hey
I know that dude top left![]()

I wouldn't say the win was Fool's Gold
I do agree with the notion that we seemed to relaxed to end the half but I think you just have to give the Nets credit
They continued to battle
We weren't flawless but don't think we were necessarily playing with our food either

Good to see Dillon have an efficient game cause he been Off
Not sure why the tech, probably another one getting rescinded which might make you wonder if the refs just get a little trigger happy with him

Mark is doing great work on the offensive glass
His overall touches will continue to be one of my nitpicks lol
Looking for him on lobs - Excellent
Looking for him on rim runs - Decent
Looking for him on reposts/seals in the paint - Hardly
At this point I'm not sure what his post game is even like cause he doesn't get many passes with his back to the basket

Either way, things are still easily more Pros than Cons for his season thus far

Yeah. You can tell it’s frustrating to him too. They miss him really often down low. But he’s being a great soldier about it.bajanguy008 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 20, 2026 1:59 amMark is doing great work on the offensive glass

Ha! We were laughing because Book had just done the review for hostile act signal while laying on the ground. Great photo! Thanks for sharing.

That's what I saw. I give the Nets credit for battling and not giving up. They hit some big shots.bajanguy008 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 20, 2026 1:52 amI wouldn't say the win was Fool's Gold

Missed most of this one but followed a bit on social and caught the last half of the 4th. Disappointed we gave up the lead in the first half and let the Nets back in the game. Seems like we took our foot off the gas thinking we'd cruise, maybe looked towards Philly a bit too early. Still, good to see us take their punch and I thought our late game execution was really good, which was where the Nets couldn't hang.
Well balanced scoring with Brooks, Book, and CG all scoring 20+ and Williams, Gray and Royce in double figures. Royce hit some late 3s to help seal the game, Grayson led the team with 8 assists.
2-2 so far on the road trip and we get Green back to give us a boost.
