I just started watching. WTF is this shit? I thought we were playing the Bulls. (and I thought we were the Suns).
This is the Suns or the last month or so, just a shit sandwich 24/7
Yeah but aren't we finally all healthy? And are almost all the Bulls starters out?

I know we have a small lead but really? They just need to bench all the starters in the second half and play everyone else.

I'm sick of the defenders riding the pine. Fucking shit job by Ott. Terrible. Sickening watching this bullshit the last month+.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Unless there's something going on behind the scenes with Dunn and Fleming, there's just no reason to keep going so small and not give them minutes. I understand Ott is deferring to the vets but it can't come at the cost of the team.

This team just seems broken. Injured basically the whole season, finally healthy but too late to mesh properly.

The only thing I can figure is that they are playing these guys to figure out who to keep around for next season

That had to be the most uninspired, boring and disappointing win of the entire season. I would have felt better if we had lost but at least put up a decent fight.

Royce is valuable for his shooting.
But if he's not an option in the offense, it's silly to have him out there for 20-25 minutes.
He took only two shots ... not his fault, nobody was giving him the rock and he had several potential open looks.

Fleming should get some of those minutes ... he gives defense, rebounding and the occasional corner trey.
A fun team to watch again. A trade or two away from being a serious contender...

Might be good news depending on your viewpoint but Brooks picked up a tech today so he'll be suspended for Tuesday's game unless it's rescinded.

I don't know what you guys are upset about. This is the best the team has looked since December. And by 'the team', I mean the Bulls.

Real talk, though. These are the lineup issues we've been talking about since the preseason. The good thing is that deep bench is better than most of us expected. The bad news is that Booker - Green - Brooks has serious flaws. I do think they can be a little better together with time, but I sure hope the Suns don't think those 3 are the future.
in Ott we trust

The offense seemed fine today outside of some turnovers. Not sure why we had so much trouble defending the bulls B squad though…even Goodie got beat quite a bit. Mac Mclung has no business getting to the rim so easily.

Also I do gotta say, Mark Williams plays pretty small for how big he is. He chases a lot of blocks but almost never gets them and I just don’t feel his presence much down there. He’s a good offensive player, but he needs to be better on defense.

Green was getting to the rim pretty easily today. That’s what we need most from him. I’m not sure where Brooks fits in anymore on this team…hopefully they can figure it out in the last 3 games he has.

Williams has been a different player since about a month before his injury.

It's all a mess right now.

Ott having a 6-9 Swiss Army knife on D and not finding a way to get him into the rotation against the GLeague Bulls is maddening.

We better blow them out by 20, no reason to lose to this Chicago team.
If we don't, we're going out this season with a whimper, not a bang.
Yeah, our defense officially SSSSUUUUUCCCCKKKKKKSSSS! The team everybody has been blowing out was able to get right to the basket at will every time down the court. This team isn't going anywhere playing like that. If they can't figure out how to defend, then they don't deserve making it through the play-in.

And Ott is now officially punking us. No Fleming minutes. None.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

It’s not even about developing our future. I think Fleming’s defensive versatility and decent floor-spacing ability are straight up more valuable than Royce’s matador D and good spacing.

Exactly!!!!!

Fleming gives us what we are missing. Trotting out 5 players off the bench who all have the same weakness does us no good. We're back to the same stupid ass mistakes of the Vogel bud era
