Well, one of their fans did.

WCF, baby! At least! Right?
at least, playoffs.
Do you honestly believe a 1st round exit (Lets face it, we're not beating SA in a 7 game series) and the 18th and 21st picks is better than just missing the playoffs and having 14th, 18th, and 26th pick?

That was sad. Just like they were saying on TNT, GSW was just glad to split. No killer instinct.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Hard to say where this series is going. I know Golden State's home crowd is bananas and provides a huge advantage. But the Clippers are just way more talented. I think they will reclaim home-court advantage in Oakland over the next two games. It wouldn't surprise me if they won both and took the series in 5.

Game 1 should have been the Clippers. Griffin gets taken out from the get go. No rhythm. The team rallied to get them within a shot at the end and that's all you can ask. Griffin plays the whole game, they win by 20. So a 5 game series won't be a shock.

I've noticed lately that especially this year, Oracle hasn't really been much of an "advantage." They're drawing more of the "need to be seen crowd." People who don't know the difference between a the trainer and the assistant coach. They'll be loud at the beginning, but when the team needs them, they won't be there. Plus I think GSW really priced a lot of the real fans out, going with a dynamic pricing scheme. Team still hasn't sold out game 3, 430-287 on the lower level and 130 minimum in the upper level and this is from the team, not the secondary market.

Clippers take this one I can see them closing it out in 5.

Stephen Curry 1pt, 7asst with 3mins left in the 2nd. Interesting...

Big Draymond Green guy.

Love the energy he brings to the table for GSW

Not a lot of posts here during these other series' games. I think this playoffs has been awesome so far overall. Tons of close games and surprises. Golden State is always tough at home but I don't think they can stop the Clippers. Blake is getting what he wants every time.

Wow. Steph Curry got hit right on the elbow by Chris Paul there on that last shot. Thought it was pretty obvious.

One small thing about this Sterling story is that if the Warriors win, people may say that the Clips were distracted by the story. But I personally don't think it has much impact on what we're seeing on the basketball court today.

Klay Thompson is having kind of a rough game, though. Tons of foul trouble; 5 fouls already in the 3rd qtr, and 4 before halftime.

Oh I think it had some effect. Hard to quantify how much.

Clips win, now up 3-2. Golden State just doesn't look like they're as good. They can't get stops down the stretch and they can't rely on heroic shots to win 4 out of 7 playoff games. I especially disagree with coach Mark Jackson's decision to hack-a-DeAndre Jordan. DJ was having a MONSTER game! Literally a career high in scoring. You don't foul a guy who's red hot. He made almost every free throw.

I'm so happy to see DeAndre Jordan be a high-level player in this league. I was critical of the Clips for what they paid him, and wasn't in the least bit surprised to see him be reduced to a nearly useless albatross last season. But the NBA is better off without high-dollar, underachieving big men. It's much more enjoyable to see Jordan play this well than it is to watch Hibbert become a complete zero.

Agreed. (Though a good Pacers hate-watch can be fun, too.) >:-)

I'm still waiting to see what comes out about the Pacers during the offseason. There have to be more concrete reasons why they have been so horrifically bad.
