My heart wants to go with Cleveland because Rick Barry is a whiny bitch.

Suns shut him up in '76.
Actually, I like this version of the Warriors. As many have stated, they represent what Phoenix could have been (sigh) ...
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

I thought the Cavs were goning to roll away easy after the first quarter but nope! Pretty good game though.

Really enjoyable game. Lebron is still amazing but his supporting cast is crumbling around him. I would almost feel sorry for the guy if I didn't dislike him so much.
Re: NBA Playoffs: Finals
He took only 38 shots? It felt like more. It was like they went to him every time down the floor. Are they going to keep that up for seven games?

Not for seven, only five or six. That is how long it will take for the Warriors to finish the series.Cap wrote:He took only 38 shots? It felt like more. It was like they went to him every time down the floor. Are they going to keep that up for seven games?

Still feeling good about Warriors in 5. Especially after seeing Kyrie leave on crutches. It could even be a sweep.
Re: NBA Playoffs: Finals
Could be a sweep if Kyrie is out the rest of the way. Last night was probably the Cavs best chance at winning a game. JR would have to catch fire and knock down like 7 3s a game the rest of the way for the Cavs to have some sort of chance. They just don't have the firepower to keep up with the Warriors. I also thought the Warriors were a little rattled to start the game, maybe a little rusty because of the time off. Shouldn't be the case the rest of the way.
Re: NBA Playoffs: Finals
Is this a transition situation? Two of LeBron's teammates aren't even in the picture (one is likely at the top of the arc, just barely out of frame, but the other?), and the shot clock is also just barely out of frame.carey wrote:Doubt it.Cap wrote:He took only 38 shots? Re: NBA Playoffs: Finals
Warriors have a far deeper bench, and the Cavs don't even try to use what bench they have.
Miller and Marion may be out of gas, but it wouldn't hurt to see what they have left.

No, here's an article about it: http://www.si.com/nba/2015/06/05/lebron ... y-thompsonCap wrote:Is this a transition situation? That really sucks. I know I was one that said they were at full strength without Love, but this just isn't the way the finals should be.
