2015 NBA Draft
Re: 2015 NBA Draft
If we do trade Bledsoe I wonder if Devin Booker could play next to Knight.

Re: 2015 NBA Draft
I think it's very similar. It's top heavy and without a lot of depth. There are 6 guys I think could be all stars(Towns, Okafor, Russell, Portzingis, Mudiay, Hezonja) and then about 10-12 guys who could become solid starters. Everyone is else 2nd round materialIn2ition wrote:This seems to be the best draft since the Lebron, Melo, Bosh and Wade draft.
Re: 2015 NBA Draft
I agree with this, but the middle of the 1st is actually pretty deep with some players that are going to be good for a long time. Even late in the draft, there are going to be some good players. The worry is that the Suns fall in love with a player that doesn't work out at all, or they don't put the infrastructure around them to develop them into the best they can be. I think they could find a good player in the 2nd round too.Sunsfan4life wrote:There is a big drop off after Russel,Okafor,Towns,Mudiay,Winslow,Zinger IMO. The next tier can go anywhere from 6 to early 20's.In2ition wrote:This seems to be the best draft since the Lebron, Melo, Bosh and Wade draft.
I think this years draft has a few alpha's in it but the middle of the 1st has a lot to be desired. Ofcourse, that's where we are. I think last yr had more 1st rd talent in it.

Replace Hezonja with Winslow, and we agree. Not sold on Super Mario.Split T wrote:I think it's very similar. It's top heavy and without a lot of depth. Love, Hurts.
Re: 2015 NBA Draft
I'm not sure Winslow will ever be great with the ball in his hands. I think he's a pretty safe bet to start for 10-12 years, just don't think he'll be an allstar playing off the ball. I envision 12-15ppg 5-6 rpg and pretty good defense. If he turns into an all-NBA defender, then that might change things.In2ition wrote:Replace Hezonja with Winslow, and we agree. I think Hezonja could be Derozan with a better jump shot. I haven't seen much of him, but his skill set is definitely intriguing

Gambo just said this is our board: WCS > Kaminsky > Booker > Lyles > Turner.

I'm okay with this. Mine would probably be WCS> Booker> Turner> Kaminsky> and meh to the rest.carey wrote:Gambo just said this is our board: WCS > Kaminsky > Booker > Lyles > Turner.
Re: 2015 NBA Draft
Who is this that Porzingis is standing next to? Is it Towns? He dwarfs him.

Re: 2015 NBA Draft
Towns and Turner

Agreed on Winslow. I'm thinking a spinoff of Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.Split T wrote:I'm not sure Winslow will ever be great with the ball in his hands. You think he has that bad of a jump shot and ball handling?Kidd Karma wrote: Agreed on Winslow. I'm thinking a spinoff of Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.

Re: 2015 NBA Draft
Yep, pretty much, his jump shot needs to be more consistent, motion, needs to work on something he'll be comfortable with rather, than having different release points each time. Ball handling, might be lack of focus, could be the comp, laziness, but again consistency, being sharper.In2ition wrote:You think he has that bad of a jump shot and ball handling?Kidd Karma wrote: Agreed on Winslow.
