My goodness. That "trade" is insane. The Kings just dumped so many assets. Do they think they're in the running for some top-tier free agent? This is supposed to make Cousins want to stay there? Also, Vivek really wanted Stauskas. Now he is happy to discard him after 1 year?

I read the swaps are for '16 and '17. If that's the case, it's really not all that horrid, because the Sixers are likely to continue to suck for the next two years. Still, an '18 first rounder and Stauskas for a salary dump is a heavy price - especially if the end result is getting into this FA market.

If the Kings had taken Vonleh, they'd have been able to send him with Landry to Portland for Batum. A butterfly flaps its wings...

Kings are looking to add Rondo and Wes Mathews.

It's an arms race in the west. It's a potato sack race in the east.

Monta Eillis to Indiana. 4/44. Like that deal for Indy.

Surprised Davis didn't get more.

I hate to be that guy, but your math is a little faulty.

I like that pickup for the Wiz a lot. Dudley's still a productive player, a good defender and shooter. Teams can always use a guy like that. And his ~$4m salary is still a good deal.

I'm basically reading that he's a replacement for Paul Pierce. They say Dudley might be best as a stretch 4.

I agree. I like him in small ball lineups at the 4.
