It looks like Keef is celebrating his birthday alone, wishing himself a happy birthday with that cap and having to resort to being his own gift. Nobody else is there to wish him a happy birthday, the "Happy birthday Markieff" isn't signed (the tweet is automatically signed by @Suns, but there's nothing on the image itself indicating who's wishing him a happy birthday), and the gifts in the background don't even have cards. The Suns couldn't even muster the enthusiasm to punctuate the birthday wishes with an exclamation point. Is there any way they could have made this less personal?

If he were a rational actor, I would interpret his behavior as his attempting to killing his trade value so that the Suns will simply hang onto him. Since he's clearly not a rational actor, I would interpret this as a frustration foul, of emoting when he should be thinking.

I think that the Suns keep him for the entire year, or at least to the trade deadline. If Keef sulks, throws tantrums or keeps on getting technical fouls, the Suns will find a way to suspend him until the legal issues are resolved. This should help boost his trade value.
