I mentioned the Pistons interest in the other Morris twin earlier in the chat. They would definitely be interested in acquiring, but the Suns aren't interested currently and the asking price is high. Hearing a starter and a first to even get the Suns to listen.

So starter for starter from a talent standpoint, then a first to compensate for the bargain contract.

If true, McD seems totally unwilling to take a 'discount', which is not surprising given his trade history but maybe I'd like a little more flexible approach here.

Useful expiring and a pick/prospect could prove to be better for the team than holding onto a distracted/unmotivated Kieff, particularly if his mindset on the court is mainly 'getting his' in the mold of the old Z-Bo.
