Sam saw the little boy zombie and all he could think about was Carols voice when she was threatening to take him out, tie him to a tree and let the zombies eat him alive if he told anyone she took a weapon out of the weapons locker. She had totally traumatized him. He froze, got killed, Mom screams, gets killed, Rick cuts off her arm to free Carl, last remaining family member decides to get revenge, gets kabobed by Michonne.
Oh, please. What a short memory some people have. Without Carol, most of the group would have become main courses at Terminus.
Carol has ice water in her veins, and is more a bad ass in some ways than Rick. The kid was going to blackmail her, anyway, about the guns. The little shit was more like his dad than his mom.

Agreed, but that doesn't change what Nodack said. Although I don't think he was going to black mail her... just tell his parents that she was stealing weapons (which he should have done).
Carol is a badass. The kid was never going to make anyway. He had his chance to go with the priest but, then again I probably would have went with mom too. She was right to blow away the wolf guy. I was just pointing out facts, not opinion.
I watched it a second time and right when little Sam starts to freak out seeing the little boy zombie they played Carols voice when she said all that stuff to him as if he was hearing it in his head. It was her speech that set him over the fear cliff. I thought it made great tv. The whole family wiped out like dominoes. Stuff happens. Bite, chew, swallow, repeat. That's my new favorite line.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.
But you do. There are certain things you want, and certain things you don't, just because you are you and you watch the show.
This is not a spoiler, because it just fits with the story Kirkman and Gimple are telling: Be prepared to lose everyone you care about on the show, at any time, and for good guys to lose, and bad guys to win... It is the apocalypse, after all. That all doesn't happen all the time, certainly, but it has in parts of every season.
I think we're going to need two different levels of spoilers. I don't know what that means. Comic book references should probably be their own level of spoiler (if that's what this is).

Ah, yes ... the double-secret probation type spoiler alert ...
So, was Lucille who we saw at the end of the last episode? If Chris Hardwick hadn't spoiled it, I could have believed one of the women was Negan (since that's a name you never hear and it sounds unisex to me.)

Hard to call it a spoiler when they already showed you who Negan was in a previous episode of talking dead.
