He is saying we fans seem to keep blaming others for our failures instead of the current GM. If the GM makes a good move, it was all his doing. If he makes a bad move, it was someone else making him make the move. We can't have it both ways.

What if it's not a hunch? I may or may not have more information on the matter than you do.
