Yep, I meant to post it too. His weekly interview is turning into must hear radio (as opposed to must see TV).

Not surprising given he's shown no viable NBA skills.
I heard he was taking Chinese night classes.
From General Tso?
I got a good belly laugh out of this.
Tso what?

General Tso's chicken, a Chinese food dish. A joke at how fat and out of shape Bennett is in retort to my suggestion he should go play in China.

edit: And now I just got your joke "Tso what" instead of "So what" I now feel dumb for not catching that and explained an obvious joke...

Coro interviewed Sarver for 14 minutes. Enjoy.

One thing I found interesting was that Coro asked Sarver about the possibility of a new arena. He said that we have the 3rd or 4th oldest arena in the league. There are 3 arenas currently being built (SF, Sacramento, & Milwaukee.) The lease runs for the next 15 years with an out in 5 years if it is deemed to be obsolete and not competitive enough. At some point they need a modern class A arena.

The Coyotes are looking for a new arena and would prefer that it be downtown. The Suns and the Coyotes are working together along with the city of Phoenix on putting together a proposal for a joint arena to replace AWA...er..US Airways Center...er...Talking Stick Arena.

The biggest contention right now about TSA is the underground parking ability, which is too small for a lot of concerts and the amount of trucks they need. This is limiting their ability to hold many big concerts.

Those 12 boards are what impresses me. And the fact he is getting +30 minutes per game.

Need better than 41% from the field from your starting big man. Would go up if he had some better PG's, but still.

There should be a bigger emphasis on his establishing better position before he even gets the ball.

It's not bad when you consider how many 15 foot jumpers he takes.

I'm giving Len a pass on a lot of things right now. He doesn't have guards who can get him the 4 or 5 easy buckets a game that would increase his FG% and he plays a lot of his minutes with 3 players who do the opposite of stretch the floor for him. He's also being asked to create a lot of his own offense for the first time in his career while his 4 teammates stand around and watch. Long term this should benefit him, but if we were serious about it, there's a lot more that can be done to put him in a position to thrive.

Israel Gutierrez spent his face time on ATH telling everyone how good Devin Booker is going to be.

I hope it wasn't completely based on a unique stat like a back-to-back 30 point game before turning 20.

So unfair question of the day:

How many players in the league would you trade Booker for, straight up (ignoring if the other team said no and mis-matching salaries)?
