Six blocked attempts. For how tall he is it is pretty embarrassing how easy he makes it for them to reject him.

Devin Booker joins LeBron James as the only 2 teenagers in NBA history with back-to-back 30-point games.

Plus, it's kind of easy when you always know what hand he's shooting with, am I right?
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Booker is on fire the past week or two. The future of the franchise.

Last night was humbling, as far as my expectations for Len are concerned. His thin frame is, in addition to his lack of a left, making it hard for him to post up. Long-term, he may be more of a situational option than a go-to. He doesn't take what the defense gives him. You know he's going to fake the shot and pivot back into the big. You know he's going to dive around the basket. So as long as the opposing big moves his feet and keeps position, Alex isn't going anywhere. He's got a ways to go.

Least favorite part of the game - Knight's first two possessions, on which he looked Len off in the post twice, instead taking contested jumpers. Then he called for a P&R from Len and tossed the ball at his knees. Favorite part (other than Booker showing that he's going to be a superstar, once again) was Knight being taken out of the game shortly after those three possessions. You've been on the sideline watching. Don't you know what we're doing here? He played more within the system in the second half. If he plays closer to the way Price has been playing in his absence, he'll still get plenty of shots, and he'll make more of them. The sooner he realizes he's no superstar the better.

Starting to wonder about Len's ceiling as a result of all this. Whereas Okafor has that wide body to use in the post, Len's frame is the opposite, and it hurts his ability to post up. He's not backing down another center. He can't create space with his body. He can go over guys, but as he's finding out, there are a number of players in this league who can get on top of his right hand. What's the way forward, here? Seems like other teams have figured him out. Is he mostly a jump shooting big, who can post up, but only in the right situation? Genuinely curious.

I want Knight to play well the rest of the year because I want him to have some trade value this summer.

Then again, if he plays well, some genius in the Suns front office might insist on keeping him.

Suns did rediscover Leuer, who had 19 pts. on 8-10 shooting, and 7 boards in 17 minutes.
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

Probably earned himself a couple of DNP CD's with that performance.

The great thing about giving up 116 points is that you can get your butts kicked and still have your players put up some good individual lines in the box score.

There was no hiatus. I don't think we were in any real danger of climbing above the Nets by the end of the year, and I don't think we could fall far enough to be in the #2 slot either. I think we would have to lose every single game the rest of the year to do that. And even that wouldn't put us in the #1 spot.
