Seriously, it was as easy as sending Dreamhost a tweet to their twitter account, and then following up after they said they did this or that and it didn't work. Eventually, they figured it out and worked with Mori to move the Apache instance. Every time I sent them a tweet, they were on it within 5 minutes, usually just clearing the cache and bouncing it until it became a pain the @$$ for them to do it every 10 minutes.
