Jamal

We do't know what "more" is but if the headliner was Young, I agree with you.In2ition wrote:And rightfully soSunsfan4life wrote:Another rumor on twitter. Nets offered Thad Young+more to Phx for Bled. Suns declined.

Jamal is a better passer and has a more natural feel for the game than Bledsoe and Knight put together, IMO.Sunsfan4life wrote:Jamal

Not to mention his lady shoulders...Sunsfan4life wrote:Chriss fouled out 15 times in 34 games at Washington. 1 time he fouled in 15mins. His team underachieved despite having 2 potential top 20 picks on it, and he averaged 5.4 rebs per game. I hope they know what they're doing, because everything seems to be pointing to him. Oh and his desire has been questioned...

Gambo was saying this morning that the Suns really like both Chriss and Bender and may try to move up to position to get both.Superbone wrote:Not to mention his lady shoulders...Sunsfan4life wrote:Chriss fouled out 15 times in 34 games at Washington. 1 time he fouled in 15mins. I don't like that either. I think they're both projects with Bender being more likely to be a good NBA player, better prospect and more NBA ready. But drafting two projects who both will need front court minutes makes little sense. I rather have a guy like Sabonis along with one of them or a sniper like Hield or Murray.

I guess you have a chance for one of them to develop into a future star pf. If they both become really good, you possibly could play both together. Unless, you think the Suns will be competing for a championship in the next year or so.

They both have some SF skills, but it is weird to covet both when there are other interesting prospects available sprinkled through out the draft.In2ition wrote:I guess you have a chance for one of them to develop into a future star pf. I don't know. I could see Bender, Chriss, and Len being a formidable frontcourt in a couple years.Sunsfan4life wrote:In2ition wrote:Gambo was saying this morning that the Suns really like both Chriss and Bender and may try to move up to position to get both.Superbone wrote:Not to mention his lady shoulders...Sunsfan4life wrote:Chriss fouled out 15 times in 34 games at Washington. 1 time he fouled in 15mins. At the very least it would be a tall front court.
Love, Hurts.
Re: Poll: Who should the Suns take at #4?
Why does Kevin Pelton have the Suns taking Juan Hernangomez with the #4 pick in his best draft for every team?

ESPN Insider exclusive! Opinions you won't find anywhere else (because they're fucking crazy)!

Even as someone that wants Hernangomez on the team that would be a big blunder. Especially since there are rumblings that he may not come over right away.

I like him alot too. He would be in the mix for me at 13, thin he'll go in the 17-22 range.carey wrote:Even as someone that wants Hernangomez on the team that would be a big blunder. Especially since there are rumblings that he may not come over right away.

Compared to how the actual draft went, that's pretty impressive.carey wrote:My final choices in order for each draft slot are still pretty much the same.
#4: Bender, Hield, Murray
#13: Ellenson, Skal, Valentine
#28: Hernangomez, Ulis, Jones
#34: Ulis/Felder, Petr, Qi
And props to Gambo.In2ition wrote: Gambo was saying this morning that the Suns really like both Chriss and Bender and may try to move up to position to get both.

Re: Poll: Who should the Suns take at #4?
I wonder who would have taken Chriss if we hadn't? Wouldn't it be funny if he had still been there at #13 without the trade?
Re: Poll: Who should the Suns take at #4?
If Sacramento didn't take him, I think Toronto would have.
