These refs are being dicks to Bender, seriously. Last 2 fouls have been bullshit.

Summer League refs are horrible. Which makes sense cause NBA Refs are the worst of any professional sport.
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

Can you foul out in summer league? Bender has been called for 4 PF already.

Seems like he's having trouble with speed of the game, particularly on D.

Takes 10 I think.

Easy to see why Chriss always got into foul trouble in College. Always is trailing his defender and relies on the trailing block.

Kuric is such a great story. Too bad we don't have room for him.

Bender is being a little passive on the offensive end. He is catching it up top and just passing it on even with his guy right up on him. Would like to see him put it on the floor instead of just looking to pass.

He's definitely not flying around the court like he was yesterday.

Tyler Ulis - yeesh. Don't think there's any way he can defend this well against NBA rotation PGs - because right now, he's a terror.

Ulis strips Jaylen Brown to end the half. Great firt half by him. Thought Chriss played pretty well too although again, athletically its all there, Bball IQ and just Bball positioning it isn't at all. Bender had a terrible half. That had him covering Brown a few other speedy 2/3's...he struggled with that.

He's got a slow release he's going to have to work on. He got blocked in the first game too.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

These J.A. Adonde questions to Bender are cringeworthy. Bender was like "Wtf" numerous times, haha.

Chriss really has no offensive game. He's so athletic though, I can see him getting his points his first few yrs off of put backs and lobs. Ala Matrix.
