WTF? Booker doesn't make the list?

Hopefully, trading one of them is among the primary paths envisioned by the FO. Bledsoe, Booker, Ulis, Barbosa is a solid rotation, I would love if we can move Knight AND Tucker for some kind of assets. A stopgap true PF like Brandon Bass and picks would be nice, get Dudley back to the SF rotation with Warren, and let The Kids play.
One of the biggest reasons I don't think we make a move this year - we don't really need anything. PG, SG, SF, PF, C, we're basically covered. Vets, check. Youth, check. Guys in their prime, check. Shooters, check. Defense, check. Future picks, check.

In this situation, I think you stay patient.
Personally, I move Knight / Archie (if possible) before discontent spoils the locker room. Talk of sacrifice in the preseason is one thing, but if your team isn't winning sacrifice gets a lot harder to swallow.

I'm still holding out hope that Knight will emerge as a 6MOY contender and come to embrace the role.

Archie, however, needs to go somewhere with a less crowded backcourt if he's going to amount to anything.

12. Brandon Knight
What Fox Sports had to say:

Doesn’t get the recognition he deserves because he’s best-known for being ethered by DeAndre Jordan and playing in some of the NBA’s smallest markets, but his game is silky smooth and he will be a starting point guard in the league for a long, long time.
Well, not literally.

I was going through in backward order thinking, wow, they have Booker rated highly! Until... he never showed!

Agreed. I did the same thing. I couldn't believe seeing Russell and Knight up there.

I'm not registering an account to call that guy an idiot, but aside from Drummond and Kyrie there's no other player in the league I'm taking over Devin Booker. Call me a homer if you like but it's true. That includes CJ McCollum who is already 25 btw. He's got 5 full years on Booker and Devin ate his lunch the other night.
Go Suns!

drummond and kyrie seem like an odd place to end. You wouldn't take Anthony Davis? Karl Anthony Towns? I actually think I'd rather have Booker than Kyrie or Drummond. I'm not sold on Kyrie yet, he had a great finals, but during the regular season he's basically been Brandon Knight.

That finals was insane though. Something is up with AD. He's got constant nagging injuries and although I hate the term injury prone, his health worries me. I think you're right about KAT. If we are to put it in completely hyperbolic terms who are you taking for the next decade, Kobe or Duncan?

Ya Kyrie may have turned the corner, I hope he has a big year, I like it when people reach their potential and I'd take 10 years of Duncan over 10 of Kobe.

KAT, yes I would. No way I take Kyrie over Booker. Embiid, maybe. Have to see more.

Ufff. Really hard. Kobe was the best player on the planet for a long time. Probably from 2004 to 2010. Maybe 2011, although LeBron was a Heat by then.

The Freak. The Brow. KAWHI. Griffin. George. Westbrook. We are not talking about upside, right?

Duncan for me. I think Kobe was one of the greatest of his generation, but not one of the greatest of all time.

Yeah, that's a great question about Pop. He may be the best coach / exec of all time. Duncan wouldn't have as many rings without Pop. Would he have gotten gaudier enough stats playing somewhere else?

I'd take Duncan over Kobe just because of the attitude alone. That's easily the deciding factor for me between the two.

Easily Duncan in my book. Kobe ran Shaq out of town and destroyed the chemistry of a superteam (with ring-chasing Payton and Malone) that should have easily beaten Detroit had Kobe not gone bat-shit crazy with 30-foot jumpers. Put Duncan together with Shaq and Payton (with Malone off the bench) and you'd be looking at a much better team despite the overlap in positions.

That's a good question too. I thought it was pretty cheap at the time that Pop took over and fired the last coach just when they got Duncan.
