Bledsoe certainly behaves the way you want your star PG to behave. Off the court. But on the court, he just doesn't have what we need. At least, he hasn't shown it in his first 6 years in the league.
All true.
Are you thinking he just needs a little over 6 years of NBA experience before he learns to not jump in the air to pass the ball?
Yeah, we all know six years and one month is always the turning point for that bad habit.
It takes discipline to break that habit. I think Bledsoe is a very disciplined person when he has time to think about things. Look at how he behaves in training and with the community. But on the court, it is instincts. He has them on the defensive side where his athleticism really helps him, but on the offensive side, not so much.

With Booker, you can argue that he is a 2, and BK is a 1, so he sits. But if you start Tyler, you are broadcasting that you made a huge mistake in signing Bledsoe and Knight to long term deals. And devaluing them across the league.

I'm with you. The chances of him turning it around to be the kind of PG we need are slim.
I think priority #1 should be moving Knight. I bet Philly would take him. They desperately need a PG, especially now that Embiid is proving to be such a stud.
Philly is also quietly shopping Okafor. Would we want him?
Who says no to a Knight + Len for Okafor trade? Wildly unequal salaries in terms of the cap, but Philly is way under the cap anyway. Maybe they throw us in some salary ballast like Nick Stauskas. Thoughts?

O.k. so the problem with trading with the 76ers is they literally have no one making any fucking money. So it's really hard to match salaries. However since we're both under the cap there's likely some magic to be made. Len and Knight for Okafor and Gerald Henderson and I'm thrilled.
We give Gerald the backup 2 guard minutes. Ulis takes over the bakup PG minutes and Okafor immediately starts at C.
Anyone know of an HD quality stream? I've got a solid stream going on /r/nbastreams that I found but it's a bit pixelated. Looking good so far though! Loving it. Knight even hit a 28 footer all net.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton
Not sure how Len thinks he can continue to just push guys and not get called for it. Stupid foul and now after that wasted foul he gets called for one on Westbrook.
It is like he is unable to hold his ground when others bump into him so he preempts it by trying to push them first. He just needs to stand his ground.
