Game Day: Suns (2-4) @ Lakers (3-3), Sun 11/6/16

I sometimes forget how young Brandon Knight is (just 24). I act like he's a grade-A knucklehead chucker who needs to be shipped out, but he actually may still have room to grow and improve. If he would only learn to look for his teammates a bit more, he'd be such a useful piece for us.

Plus, he's a smart dude. I keep hoping it clicks for him at some point.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

That's the thing. He is a smart guy. Every interview I've watched of him, he comes across as extremely cognitive. Either he's just selfish by nature and won't learn or just hasn't learned yet to trust his teammates that stems from some vendetta from being traded here or being benched.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

He just forces his game too much. He needs to slow down and play team ball.AmareIsGod wrote:That's the thing. He is a smart guy. There's also not much correlation between book smarts and hoops IQ.

I think this is the deal. I think he just doesn't "see" or understand what is happening on the court beyond the 1 on 1 and drawn up plays.Shabazz wrote:There's also not much correlation between book smarts and hoops IQ.
