Lakers are gonna make the playoffs. Their also the most fun team to watch in the league. They play like us during the 48 win season from couple years ago except they actually pass the ball and get assists.

I'm actually glad they're winning under Walton so people can see what a dickhead Byron Scott is. Hope he never gets another coaching job.

So true. I also like that the Lakers are tied with OKC, who for some reason are considered to be a much better team than LA. Westbrook won't lead that team anywhere.

From Lowe's article on Portland:

"They insist they will not be the next version of the Goran Dragic-Eric Bledsoe Suns -- a plucky team that blew past projections, only to come undone the next season amid infighting and heavy expectations."
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

They're taking a lot of heat for that Turner contract, which isn't unwarranted. I think you can fly under the radar for a season with a rag-tag kinda team but it's hard to sustain. The frontcourt is still a mess and you probably can't win mixing and matching guys each night over the long term.

Kevin Love scored 34 in the first quarter tonight against Portland and somehow finished with only 40.

Pelicans made a big mistake drafting Buddy Hield over Jamal Murray.

Cleveland leads Dallas 36-16 after one quarter.

LeBron has two points.

Yes, Dallas is apparently that bad.

I can't believe Love didn't set the record for three pointers in a game the other day after he had 10 in the first quarter.

^ Yeah, that was amazing. He had like 36 points in the 1st, ended the game with just 40. I guess they're eyeing the championship and don't care about individual stats and records, unlike Golden State last year. Savvy.

The open end is the big side. You had it right the first time. SDC had it wrong the first time and second time.
