Towns. Bigger is better. Greek freak is great, but you can find another swingman/SF stud if you need to. Even our Warren would be great next to KAT.

They lost the game by 17. All 7 of his shots were from 3. He makes $14M a year. He's shooting 28% from the field over his last 10 games while playing 31 minutes a game.

I laughed.

I want to say how bad that contract is, but it's only a bit more than Dudley makes and we aren't even planning to play JD. Whatever you think of Smith, the Cavs think he's a starter on a championship team for the next couple of years. 14mil is just what starters made last summer.

I probably lean towns too, but it's close. Greek freak is basically 7'0, if he develops a post game, it's over.

Warriors and Rockets just had a great 2OT game tonight on TNT. Rockets snapped the Warriors' 12-game winning streak. Durant had 39 but Harden got a triple double.

Isn't he that guy that did well in the Greece league?

Wow, that sounds like a lot of years and money to risk on a questionable player. Maybe I'm missing what's great about Donuts.

I think the contract is frontloaded, only two years guaranteed and 1.5 mil of it are bonuses. And Brooklyn has no picks until the end of that contract, so why not gamble...

This is kind of interesting. Warriors coach Steve Kerr stated that he supports marijuana use for pain relief and recovery. Suns coach Earl Watson replies by saying it's a "slippery slope":

(FWIW, slippery slope is literally a classic logical fallacy.)

It's getting harder and harder to enjoy sports entertainment without politics mixed in.

Please take that kind of talk to the Politics folder. (SDC is implying that the NFL ratings are down because of Colin Kaepernick's protests, which I don't agree with, but let's talk about that in the other area if at all.)

I realize that just a few posts up, I myself mentioned a political issue (marijuana legalization). But I think that's fairly non-controversial and was just quoting the coach. That's different from bringing up more controversial issues like this one.

Man, that's suspension worthy. That kick was totally unnatural and done with intent. I didn't even see that while watching the game on TV. I knew Chriss hurt his hand on the play but had no idea Green threw out that extra kick to cause it.
