I noticed him say it on a rather soft dunk from the opposition. If it hadn't lost it's impact already, he bloodied it with that usage.

Chriss with another T. He had his best game otherwise.

Dragic still pissed at the Suns. He was their offense in the first half.

Missed the game, reading on here would make it seem like booker was terrible tonight. Is the box score misleading? 27 points on 9/19 shooting looks pretty good. Chriss also looks like he had a good game.

Looking at the standings, we're actually 8-4 against the East this year, but 3-21 against the West. We might be a playoff team out East

He just took a lot of contested shots that felt like "I'm going to get my shots" instead of moving the ball for a better shot. He isn't passing as much as he used to either. On one play when on a fast break with TJ Warren running to his left TJ just stopped bec he knew a pass wasn't coming. Booker took and made the contested layup (to his credit) but there was an easier play to be made. That's the Suns offense as a whole though. We rarely ever get to the easier play.

I agree with this take. It seems like some of the guys have decided there's not point in making the unselfish play.

I agree with this take. It seems like some of the guys have decided there's not point in making the unselfish play.

Well, the point guard did hoist up 27 shots the night before. Sounds like the game plan to me.

Man, LeBatard killed both the Suns and the Heat for the product they put on the floor last night. Said we are the 2 worst teams in the NBA and the Heat still lost by 9.

The "family" and "love" stuff is almost the only tangible thing Watson has pitched about his coaching philosophy. And he can't even do that properly. With a "players' coach" like Watson, at the very least you should want to see guys out there playing hard, good effort, good mood, even if the results are not great. We do not have that.

Especially when you are much more likely to lose a game than win it, and in nearly every game go down by 15-20 at some point in the game. These guys (especially the young ones) are used to winning much more often than losing. It is a shock to suck, and really hard to deal with when not everyone on your team is bought in.

I think if we can trade Knight and PJ, we would be in a much better place with team chemistry and effort. And that is not because PJ doesn't try hard (and even Knight). It is because we will have many more teachable moments where guys can learn if they are not here.

Right. You can have a players coach with a veteran team that is winning. With a young team, you need a good coach. Or, if you can't get a good one, get a "teaching" coach.
