Ulis with 0 assists though. That was a bit weird.

great 4th quarter, except for that last play we tried to run :P
Still think pj is an offensive liability out there

Spurs got a lot of calls their way. When ever a spurs player leaned into a defender it was a foul, but whenever we did that on offense it was a suns foul - like the Ulis example in the 4th. Leonard getting the star treatment by the refs was annoying. Very soft calls. TJ would have likely been out there more in the 4th if it wasn't for about 3 soft calls in a row.

Great to see Ulis and Bender with an extended run. Knight was garbage last game so i can understand it. Did they make up any reason for his dnp this time like a soft injury? Please tell me this was because a trade went through. Otherwise please leave him at the lost and found at the airport.

Offense looked better lately. Been more pleasant to watch. Its just more balanced than just the pg or booker isos which got so ugly at times. Sub patterns seemed to go with what was working in the 4th. It wasn't just that booker was hot, he seemed to be taking better shots. Getting to his spots quicker and not dribbling around as much, so seemed much more efficient.

Do you think the booker back to back 39 point games get much national attention? I hope not, so he develops a chip on his shoulder about it.

That was a quality win. Great hustle and intensity in the 2nd half. I'm glad Mexico got a very good game. Lots of excitement in the arena. Back to back 39 point games for Booker. Wow! You could see the future of the Phoenix Suns tonight with Booker, Ulis, Bender, Chriss, Len all contributing. (And no Knight! Box score says DNP - Right Wrist Sprain)

BTW, I really enjoyed the broadcasting crew yesterday on NBATV. I never heard of these guys before but it was nice to have an impartial team and I thought they did a great job.

I didnt personally, boring and bland. I like hearing EJ and Albert. Makes it feel like a Suns game to me.

Just be thankful you didn't get the Spurs broadcaster and Sean Elliot.

Noticed he played off the ball a bit when Bledsoe was in which was baffling to me. Not sure how you play a 5'9'' guy at SG but that's Earl Watson for you. Glad Knight didn't play and I wish Len would have played more but all in all a good win.

I bitch about Bledsoe just as much as anyone on here but I have seen improvement in his ability to make his teammates better. Small sample size over the past few games but keep it up.

The refs tried to hand the Spurs the game with those phantom offensive foul calls. Sickening that it's so obvious.

I don't get Ulis at SG. Man, that year where we played Dragic+Bledsoe at the guard spots really poisoned this team for a decade to follow. That kind of 2-PG lineup only works in the rarest of cases. You can't just throw two PGs out there and expect it to go well.

I wish Warren would've taken a swing at that "fan" and then just claimed self defense.

What an idiot.

I'm ok with it in spurts and against certain matchups. The biggest issue is defensively and Bledsoe is generally fine defending SG's. In this case, if the spurs have parker and green out there, I actually have no problem with Ulis defending either one. I think he actually was on Green, who is strictly a spot up shooter and didn't take advantage of the smaller Ulis.

But it would make much more sense if Bledsoe were acting as the SG and Ulis as the PG. But of course they run Bled as the PG and have Ulis standing out there wasting his time.

True, Ulis at this point in his career doesn't provide much value off the ball. Bledsoe has learned to play off the ball a little bit.
