Book with the sick dunk!
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Good unselfish pass by Booker to Tucker for the huge 3!

With Bledsoe's ability to attack the rim at will and draw the foul, do we go for a game winning drive? Do we have Book take a baseline fade? Tough questions.

Saw this statline. We give Booker crap for being inefficient or not shooting very well some games. Well.

After tonight, Booker now has 15 straight with 20+ and is averaging 26.4/2.8/3.2 on 47/46/85 shooting.

Not to be that guy, but that 2.8 and 3.2 are ugly. Need to get those up.

He's not a PG. He just won the game for us with a huge shot. He's been LETHAL lately. You can be that guy but it's ridiculous to complain considering how great he's been playing. Also, were one of the top rebounding teams in the league this year (7th). His opportunity to snatch up boards isn't really there. It's hard to complain about stats that our team isn't deficient in (outside of assists).

The assists are the ones you'd like to see higher. Rebounds are more understandable. He shares a backcourt with one of the better rebounding guards and plays a lot of minutes with Chandler who gobbles up everything. Tucker is also a very good rebounder.

But it's important to remember he's 20. He's shown some playmaking ability. Once he gets more comfortable as a scorer, you'll start to see him use those playmaking skills more and more.

That was a fun second half. Glad to the guys have a little success. I'm guessing that's Book's first buzzer beater game winner?

Glad he made that shot and the guys mobbed him afterwards. I don't want to win too many games, but you need little moments like that to build on when you are a crappy team.

He claims the bank was intentional:
While the Kings stood in dazed disbelief after the final shot, Booker insisted he was right on target.

"I was aiming for glass," he told reporters a few minutes later. "It was no fluke."

I'm fine with winning games if we're doing it on the backs of Booker and Warren rather than Tucker and Chandler.

I want them to go to Booker more for this game winning shots because he needs experience with it. Even though Bledsoe is probably more clutch, Booker is going to be here a lot longer than Bledsoe so might as start putting Booker through that experience.

Big time shot. If this kid was darker like Deng, Ibaka or Thon Maker, there would probably be people claiming that he's lying about his age and that he's older than he claims because this kid's game is so damn far advanced for a 20 year old.

Um. I think he is comfortable as a scorer.

No way. McD and Sarver want that #1 pick more than we do. Watson and the players want to win games.

Sure, but he's still relatively new to it. Right now he's mostly being asked to just score when he gets the ball. As he continues to get that experience and as he, hopefully, becomes more efficient, he'll start to see how the threat of him scoring can create opportunities for others. 3 assists a game isn't bad, but I'd expect that number to eventually rise and settle around 5.
