Too bad Bledsoe hasn't quite mastered the alley-oop pass yet. Don't worry guys, he's going to end up being better than Nash ever was.

We were spoiled with Nash and the great PGs before him. HIs still a better than average starting PG. Would I like another Nash-like PG running the offense? Sure. There's a reason he will be in the HoF though... they don't make them like him too often.

"Better than the average starter at his position" makes him far and away the best player on the team. How depressing is that?carey wrote:In2ition wrote:Too bad Bledsoe hasn't quite mastered the alley-oop pass yet. Don't worry guys, he's going to end up being better than Nash ever was.

I mean, we have the 3rd worst record in the league. That's depressing enough.

A lot of close misses(in and out) in this game by the Suns so far.

If you can suffer through another 2 mediocre seasons we will be contending in '20. Ulis will be 25. Booker will only be 23. Chriss, Jones Jr, and Bender will be 22. Who ever they pick up in the next 3 drafts will be young too.carey wrote:I mean, we have the 3rd worst record in the league. That's depressing enough.

Didn't Ulis just turn 21 a couple months ago?

I guess Watson couldn't get used to it. We have a mass substitution to bring back in Bleds, Chriss, and Warren.Cap wrote:I'm getting used to it.carey wrote:Not a fan of this 3 guard line-up. Ulis-Barbosa-Booker-Dudley-B.S.

Big Sauce has officially convinced me that Alex Len is a bum. Sorry Alex.

I'm ok with this loss.
The Good
The Good
- But.. 28 points on 50% shooting for Booker. No 3's?
- Big Sauce with 12 & 10 in 25 minutes. Noice.
- Ulis with 10 & 6 in 19 minutes and had a big impact on the game.
- Chriss a bit of a meh game 8 points 6 rebounds in 24 min. Foul trouble... again.
- Bledsoe with another poor shooting game 7-21 from the field.

His passing has been trending towards "brutal" again lately. I keep asking myself is Ulis our PG of the future? Aside from height, I can't really find what he's lacking other than sheer weight and strength. I just see so much IT3 in him even in his first year in the NBA. He has above average playmaking instincts and a decent shot. Why not Ulis?In2ition wrote:Too bad Bledsoe hasn't quite mastered the alley-oop pass yet. As long as he improves his shot and he can put on another 15lb or so, he should be fine. I dont know that his frame would allow such weight though.djy2j wrote:His passing has been trending towards "brutal" again lately. I keep asking myself is Ulis our PG of the future? At best he's a sparkplug backup off the bench. He won't be a full time starter.
