Of these, I LOVE Ball. He's going to be VERY special. Like, Steve Nash or Russell Westbrook special. If Ball wasn't available, but Fultz was, he'd be next on my board and I'd be pretty happy with it. Then Josh Jackson as a "Meh... average to slightly below average starter". Tatum rates a "trade the pick for an something unprotected years down the road." He projects about the same or worse than T.J Warren (Great, another SF who can't hit the 3. Yay. Just what we totally don't need.)

I am super excited about Ball, too. I just really want to see us get that #1 or #2 pick so that we are sure to get one of Ball or Fultz. Though I must confess that I am not nearly as excited about Fultz as I am about Ball. I am famously not great at projecting college basketball players' chances of success in the NBA, but Ball just feels like a once in a blue moon type of player to me, while Fultz feels like just swapping Bledsoe for a younger similar type of guard. Maybe I'm underselling how much talent and impact Fultz can have, but in the games and highlights I watched of him, I just didn't see as much that got me excited.

Bledsoe was nowhere near as good as Fultz at the same age. Fultz put up 23/6/6 and shot 47% from the field and 40% from 3. The guy has everything offensively. Ya, he's a scoring guard, but it's been a long time since we've seen a better guard prospect in the draft. So he may be a similar style player to Bledsoe, but only if bled was 4 inches taller and shot 40% from 3.

They'd be somewhat close I guess if bledsoe was bigger and a better shooter. At least in production. Bledsoe plays a much more physical game though. Fultz is a more creative finisher and he's much more comfortable off the dribble pulling up for shots. Bledsoe is still mostly a set shooter. A bigger Lillard is a better comparison for Fultz IMO

If the Suns get in the top 2 after the lottery and take a pg, who would you hope gets into the 3rd position to hopefully be able to make a trade with to get the 3rd pick too? New York, New Orleans, Orlando, or someone else?

Dallas makes a ton of sense for Bledsoe (and Chandler too).

Dallas would make a lot of sense. I'm not sure anyone is moving a top 3 pick for Bledsoe though. Dallas, Minny, New York, Sacramento and Orlando could all be interested, but I'd think they'd be more interested in the 7-10 range.

You're probably right, but I was looking for a scenario where the Suns could get Jackson too. Bledsoe, Warren, Miami 1st

I haven't seen too much but I believe Fultz is a better passer than Bledsoe as well. Would you guys agree?

True, and Romar has never shown himself to be a great coach. Great recruiter? Yes Great coach? Nope It looks like he is going to be hired by UA, which will be a great hire with his recruiting chops teamed up with how well Sean Miller does too. They will probably get the next Lebron type transcendent talent and future #1 of the 2019 pick and at least stealing him away from Kentucky and Duke.

I'm not convinced that Jackson is an upgrade from Warren, much less a big enough upgrade to give up 2 good players and a pick. Bled, Warren, Knight for Jackson, Mario H, and a pick, and I might think about it.

I really like Comanche, he has nice pro potential, but he really needs to stay in school for another year. I don't think he got a lot of time this year.

Kobe Simmons is interesting. He's a great athlete and has some ability to play both guard spots. I think he should stay as he's a 2nd rounder, but no guarantee he'd get a starting spot to improve his stock.

I really like Comanche, he has nice pro potential, but he really needs to stay in school for another year. I don't think he got a lot of time this year.

Problem is he might not have gotten many minutes next year either with rustic back and Ayton joining the team.

He hasn't locked any doors behind him. He can still go back to school, and probably will. He says he's just exploring his options.
