No way Cleveland has enough assets to get butler. Butler seems to be very available though. I think Boston is making a mistake not getting him.

Amare was always a unique guy, never expect a normal story with him :)

“I follow all the laws of Moses, Passover with unleavened bread, Yom Kippur, the culture and law of the land,’’ Stoudemire said. “It was perfect for me. I was able to adapt easily because we all followed the same laws of the Torah.’’

Stoudemire scored six points and grabbed seven rebounds in the Israeli title clincher. But it sounded like he wouldn’t mind one last crack at an NBA title.

Haha , Gilbert didn't consult with LeBron before sending Griff on his way and Bron been advocating for him to be given a new contract. Here we go again between those two, this LeBron to LA in 2018 looks more and more realistic

Is it too late to fire McD and hire Griff to replace?

Yes. Griffin's assistant GM is out the door too. It's very weird to fire your GM days before the draft and working deals to improve your club. This sounds a bit like the Kerr-Sarver situation.

Sounds like Lakers are dangling D’Angelo Russell in effort to get another Top 12 pick. Luke Kennard & Zach Collins appear to be targets

Lakers trying to acquire *another* first round pick. Have called at least 2 other lottery teams

That seems crazy to me. At least keep moving down the draft board pickimg up assets along the way till you have that pick to trade.

I like Russell alot. A Russel/Booker backcourt for the next 10 years would be fire IMO. Esp. being in the same division as the Lakers who choose Ball over him. I would strongly consider it. Comes down too do you want Fox/Tatum or Russel? Suns won't do it without having another deal lined up for Bledsoe I think. I ofcourse would try to get him without giving up 4th, but I don't see a way too unless the Lakers just want to unload him for a future asset (miamis pick?).
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

I would not give up 4 for DLo. I'd rather just take Fox if you want a PG. At least you know'll he'll defend.

I'd give up #4 for DAR only if I could get back in the lottery with a Bledsoe trade. That said, I've heard on Twitter that DAR is kind of dumb & that they have made the defensive schemes as basic as possible and he still has trouble picking them up. Could be it isn't worth it.

I'd rather take Fox and use Bledsoe to grab Collins if thats the plan.

Would you pass on trading #4 for Booker? DAR was almost as good. A little less points per game but more assists and rebounds. Booker shot slightly better from the field but took more shots. Again I'd be worried about his defense paired with Booker.

I dont think he was nearly as good. Now I'm not saying Booker was great by any means, but I didnt find DLo very impressive aside from a solid last couple of weeks.

Did you watch Laker games?

There's more to players than stats. Just by watching Suns games you can tell Booker is something special. Russell is another dime a dozen average player who is lackadaisical and will make a decent living in the NBA but not really leave any mark on the game. Like Lou Williams. Or Swaggy P. Or JR Smith. Maybe not the same skillset but the same attitude.
